In June 2009, Anne and two West End colleagues set up the hugely popular MUSICAL THEATRE AUDITION TECHNIQUE WORKSHOPS.

The Workshops consist of Three West End Professionals imparting their knowledge and experience on how to improve an artist's chances of gaining work in the Musical Theatre business.  Subjects covered include image and demeanour, presentation of a song, sight-reading technique and call-back preparation. 

The workshops are a fantastic opportunity to get some simple practical advice on the do's and don'ts of auditioning; how actors should present themselves positively and engagingly to a panel, how to show their talent off to its best advantage and maximise the potential to gain work.

Each workshop includes a chance for each participant to go through a simulated audition in front of the panel and receive constructive feedback.  The structure includes singing one of the participant's pre-prepared songs, chatting with the panel and then sight-reading.

The actors will also be able to gain further valuable ideas and techniques from watching the other members as they go through their 'audition' and a chance for Q&A's at the end of the session.
